Beth Orton @ The Gov, January ’12

Mesmerising and beautiful were two words I heard mentioned quite a few times walking out of the Gov after Beth Orton’s performance tonight.

To photograph her was almost a little intimidating: she requested no personal video and absolutely no flash point n shoot cameras in the audience. Still, I got the shots I needed and then put the camera away and was mesmerised, just like everyone else.
